The study also have a scope and its limitations to deal with. The scope and limitations will be discussed separately.
Scope
- The system can manage the information of the students and teachers.
- The system can back-up and restore database, in case of database lose.
- The system also generates reports from enrollment details, list of student, class program, total number of enrolleesand total number of students in every teacher.
- Printing of study load is included.
- The system can also add subjects for every grade/level.
- The system can create schedule for the teacher.
- The system can add and update the student and the teacher information.
Limitation of the Study
This study has its own limitations and that is; the system is only to register and enroll students who will be enrolled in the institutions. It does not cover the account transaction, and asking for grades.
- The system focuses only on registration and enrollment of the student.
- The computation of necessary fees are not included in this study even the handling of grades to the student.
- Preparing of reports are not included.
